When considering a work boot, several factors come into play: comfort, durability, protection, and functionality. The Carolina Men's 6 Inch WP CT Insulated Bruno Lo excels in all these areas. Starting with comfort, the AG7 polyurethane footbed offers substantial support that many users have praised, especially during long shifts. The EVA midsole adds to this by providing cushioning that absorbs shock effectively.
In terms of durability, the use of high-quality waterproof leather ensures these boots are suitable for various work environments without compromising on longevity. The oil and slip-resistant outsole significantly enhances traction, making them a dependable choice for slippery surfaces.
Protection is paramount in work footwear, and the composite safety toe meets industry standards while remaining lightweight compared to steel-toed alternatives. The incorporation of 400g Thinsulate insulation means that your feet will remain warm even in colder climates, making these boots versatile for year-round wear.
However, it's important to note that some users have reported that these boots can feel somewhat heavy initially and might require a break-in period before they become fully comfortable. Additionally, while they're available in dark brown, the color selection could be broader to appeal to varying aesthetic preferences.

Love these boots, they are the most comfortable boots I have owned. I only buy this brand, and the ones I got from Amazon actually fit better than the ones I bought from the safety shoe company near me. They needed no break in time like some I have purchased in the past.I wear them every day for work and they very comfortable
Great. Boots i work outside hard work most boots last maybe 6 months this is my 2nd pair of this boot , last pair lasted 2 and a half years. Very happy.
These boots are garbage.. only had the for 2-3 months and the soles are detaching, the leather across the toes tore clean through.. went back to the place I bought the and the owner said they are worn out.. he said he can't do anything for me because Carolina won't do anything for him.. I'm sorry but $170 boots shouldn't wear out in 2-3 months digging holes and grading stone.. I will say they are warm and very comfortable.. but after 2 weeks of pain to my ankles until theyb role in.. just don't understand how people can sell a product they don't stand behind.
This was my third pair of this boot. The are very comfortable and hold up to tough work. I am hard on boots and use them on my farm and at work. The composite is light weight and strong. They normally last me 8 to 12 months of hard use. Most other boots I am lucky to get 6 months out of them.
I have been using this boots for years and i never have a complaint
Great boots
