Price and Comfortable
This was gift for husband, he choose boot to replace well loved boots of same brand. Husband is very happy. These are very good looking
Nice product great price fit normal but laces seem a little short
Love these boots, my second pair, first pair lasted a couple years, which never happens for me. They didn’t take days to break in, we’re comfortable from day one.
I’ve been doing tree work for power company a lil over 5 years now. We are in ALL sorts terrain in every season. It gets rough to say the least and I’m always a very energetic go the extra mile worker. My last pair of these made it 3 years of nonstop miles of ROWs hills, creeks, mud, mangled limbs, logs, and more. So getting a fresh pair was no brainer. These are made for work. I seen the bad reviews about break in periods and weird lumps IDK mine were great right out the box like hell yeah! Great boot super happy.
I could buy anything, and have worn every brand of store bought work boot. Not required to wear safety toes, but I like these composite safety toes so much this is my third pair. I definitely got my money’s worth out of the last pair, hunting, hiking, running heavy equipment, pouring concrete, and mile after mile walking across jobsites. These composite toes don’t get hot or cold, and don’t pinch when kneeling down. Deluxe ankle support, great arch support. Well built, better than anything else I’ve worn for the last 20-something years. Best value in work boots-period.
the arch metal on the right boot was way too high and the seams on the ankle area forced against the ankle I have never experienced this much pain from a new boot and will NEVER buy these again, Stop trying to save money and make it a solid piece of leather from the foot to the ankle and up. I strongly advise against buying this boot. id send it back but my other boots are literally falling apart so i will have to find a way to alter these removing the bulk from the center of the insole paddig helped and not tying the center two eyelets. pure trash in design
I am a landscaper. I wore these boots for 5 days a week doing heavy duty work. They lasted 10 months. They have now fallen apart at the heel on both boots (see pic). Most of the boots I've been buying in this price range recently have had about the same life span.Pros:-Leather quality is good (I take good care of my boots, and this leather was great. The leather quality is definitely higher than the boot construction quality as the leather outlasted the boot)-Sole material is super durable. The sole got less worn then most boots I used for this time period-After breaking in, they were super comfortable. Insole pad is nice.-They look sharp!Cons:-Fell apart at the heel after 10 months-Waterproofing was pretty week. I wore these through a couple Florida storms with full rain gear and water seaped through the boot. This is when they were fairly new too.-not a huge fan of the canvas panels on the back as they are hard to clean and add more potential points of failure to the boot.Overall: I think these are decent boots. A good addition to a lineup of many boots in rotation or for someone who doesn't need to wear a boot 5 days / week. As a heavy duty landscaper, I won't be purchasing them again for my next pair of primary work boots.
