These are good shoes for beginners like myself. They have a more narrow fit vs the other 2 pairs of basic amazon tap shoes I've had in the past year. Definitely helps so i don't have to constantly re-tighten my laces. I only needed to go up a half size, not a full size.
I saw the other reviews about it running big so I ordered half a size smaller and MY GOD these are like a whole shoe size bigger. The only thing I can think is that these are actually mens sizes but not labeled correctly.I would've overlookes the box being absolutely shredded if they were correcr at all. Buy from the actual company if you can.

A great beginning Tap Shoe. Looks narrow,but with light sox very comfortable; built on men's last buy women's size two down for men. Tap a great way to improve balance and stamina , plus fun for us old foggys!
I have purchased many pairs of this shoe in the past and they are great. But this pair the sizing is off. They run large. That being said beware of the supplier you order from. With UNDER MOMENTS you will arrange for and PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING (for me was $12) and then a 20-50% RESTOCKING FEE. So it will potentially cost me $31 in fees to return a $38 pair of tap shoes.
Runz a size bigger even by measurement. The box came like it had been through hell and back , the shoes themselves looked like they had possibly been tried on and worn by a few people before I got them.
Great tap shoes. Fits exactly as advertised. Fits extremely well and comfortable. Must buy if you want a great pair of tap shoes.
Unfortunately, as the previous review said, these run too large. I ordered my normal size and have about an inch to spare. I really like the shoe and the design, will try order a size smaller and see how I go.
