The shoe fits just like I wanted it to, Snug on my foot. The material is high quality, and I couldn’t be happier with this shoe.
I bought a half size larger than my true size and I think I could have gone a whole size up because it’s still a little tight.
Shoes are made with good quality materials but I ordered a 7 wide width for my daughter and she complains that they are still tight around her foot. The length is just right but wish they were wider. I just had her put them on everyday to try and stretch them out before her dance class starts next week. Let's see if it works!
Very comfortable. Have not yet used in class, but would like to think they will be sturdy as my ballet slippers are.
This is our second pair! These shoes fit to your foot comfortably. They will stretch slightly as you wear them. They are durable and can last a few productions. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again in the future.
My daughter has been dancing for about 5 years now, and this is the only jazz shoe we use. They fit snugly on her foot, which is good because she has skinny feet. The only thing I don't care for is that the sizing is way off from normal shoes. My daughter wears a 3.5 or 4 in regular shoes, but a 5.5 in her jazz shoes. Capezio tap shoes fit closer to her normal shoe size, these definitely do not.
My daughter's feet are 8.65 inches (22 cm) from big toe to heel, and based upon online recommendations I ordered her a size 5 in these shoes. They were way too small. I would have to get her a size 6, maybe 6.5 in order for them to fit.In addition, the back part of the shoe that comes up around the heel/lower ankle is too low for her tastes. The Capezio shoes otherwise look and feel nice.I instead ordered her a size 5 in Bloch jazz shoes (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002UUGBG) and not only do they fit perfect, but the back part of the shoe comes up higher on her heel/lower ankle which feels more supportive to her than the Capezios.
Good quality but runs small. You need to get half size bigger than your size. I’m wearing size 6-6.5. 6 for European shoes, 6.5 for American shoes. I got size 6 and it’s too small for me.
