I tried to upload a photo but these shows run LARGE! Size down in the store I could have sworn it was the 8 I tried on and it fit when I saw them in a local store but no. When I got it it was enormous so I had to exchange it for the 7.5 otherwise the shoe is beautiful and seems to be comfortable. I was panicking about the exchange here on Amazon but I spoke with a rep via chat and they assured me they would refund any difference I had to pay. It turned out I didn’t have to pay extra. So try to avoid all of that and order down or try to at least go with your size or better yet measure you feet and use the sizing chart. Good luck!
The shoe is nice but it runs too large I ordered a 6 and it fit like a 7

I am usually a size 9.5 and as it showed as “true to size” that’s what I ordered. Definitely closer to a 10.5; there was at least a centimeter between my heel and the back of the shoe.The heel on the shoe is also not centered to where the heel of the person’s foot would be, and if you know anything about heels you know that’s what causes a significant portion of foot pain if you wear them for too long (like, longer than 20 minutes too long).Also, the scoop at the bottom of the shoe (at the top of the toes - idk what that’s called) doesn’t cover the whole toes, so the cracks of your toes will peek out and if you have a more pronounced toe “knuckle” on the big toe (wow, I’m really brain farting on what things are called) then that’s going to cause some soreness and irritation the longer you wear the shoe.It’s a shame, because the butter yellow is my favorite color and I would love some basic, quality pumps in it, but this one is just not it for me.
I love Calvin Klein heels, but these will not stay on. I order the 91/2 and they slip so badly I could not keep them on. A friend of mind tried them because she wears a 10 and they did the same thing. I think it is just the way they are made. I returned them.
Size 1/2 size down. When I tried them on they felt fine. I wore them to work and when actively walking around I noticed they were too large. My foot slipped out a few times. I had to stuff tissue paper to get through the day. Too bad, it’s a beautiful and classy shoe.
Such a hard color to find and perfect pastel for summer. Well made and classic to enjoy for many wearings.
Very comfortable right out of the gate. Did not have to break them in. Heel is not too high, not to low.
