Photo one: Bottom of shoes are marked up - some of it looks like excess dye, some of it is more smudged/ like it’s from someone wearing them.Photo two: 1. Is glue mark where parts of the shoe meet - best guess is that it’s glue, but it’s rough/ not like that on the other shoe. 2 is a hard crease where the leather wasn’t properly fixated and the seam where they meet is peaking through. 3 is where the seam meets - instead of it being glued/ fixated/ tucked away somehow it’s just loose there and you can already see from humidity or whatever it’s already starting to buckle out bPhoto three & four are showing you the same issues on the other shoe - the corresponding #3 seam buckling issue is much worse on this shoe and you can see it completely coming off on the top.—-I purchased these because I have a similar CK pair in nude in person that I adore. These just ain’t it. I tried to ask for a replacement- but that option disappeared and only allows me to return — but when I purchased the list price was $60 and it’s now $120. So spend $60 more and just hope the next pair are better? Instead, I’ll suck it up and keep the damaged shoes and just warn you to buy a different pair - this quality is just NOT worth the price.
