These are well packaged and well made. They come with dust bags (which I don't use), and also extra padded insole inserts. I haven't used those either, but thought i might put them in once I wear them in a little more as they begin to feel stiffer - if that happens. I find that I can wear these all day pretty well, but if I'm walking around a lot, then they can get a bit uncomfortable. You don't really have a normal stride with these, and if you try to walk with applying most presser on the toes, then you will start to walk like you're wearing women's high heels, which will look awkward. For most of the office work I do or for going to formal occasions, these work well. The black is a nice dark, deep black, and the strings tie nice and securely.One additional thing included that I very much appreicate is the shoe horn. Without the shoe horn, it can be quite difficult to put these on unless you unlace them quite a bit. I prefer to put them on quickly, so I need the shoe horn. And for when I travel, I have a separate shoe horn I keep on my keychain so I can take them on and off when I go inside.I wear size 9.5 or 10, and I ordered 10 and they fit great. I usually size up for boots. At the price they were when I ordered them - $84 - they are well worth it. For the price they are now - $168 - I consider that steep unless you are really needing a specialty pair. I got these for occasional use as I would any other dress boots. I mainly want to wear elevator shoes any time my wife is in heals or boots because we're similar height, and she'd be taller than I if I didn't wear substatnail footwear.

First, these are super stylish and I love how they look! Not only are they stylish though, they're way more comfortable than I thought and have excellent materials and build quality. Shoes fit very well, durable, and best of all waterproof. Hubs works outdoors and he never complains of his shoes/socks getting wet or cold.

We ordered a size 12 mens boot and received a 6.5, so my hubby couldn't even begin to try them on. The boots are a gorgeous shade of warm brown and would be great fall/winter footwear. The lift is indistinguishable from the outside.We returned these and will update our rating if/when we receive a replacement.
So lets just get this out there - these are shoes for short kings to give the illusion of added height, and I think they do the trick pretty well. They definitely give you the extra inches, and you just have to get used to walking in these shoes since it just tries to throw some extra height in the heel without being too obvious. These leather shoes are a little bit tight to get on at first, but the size was true and it fit well. The side zippers give it an interesting look, and as leather shoes, they are definitely a bit too shiny looking at first. Otherwise, they look pretty good and it is hard to tell they are different from other shoes except when you are putting them on.
