When it comes to work boots, the Bogs Men's Workman stands out due to its combination of functionality and comfort. The seamless construction significantly enhances durability, ensuring that these boots withstand wear and tear without compromising on performance.
The waterproof feature is particularly impressive, allowing you to work in rainy or muddy conditions without worrying about soggy feet. Furthermore, the insulation rated to -40°F means even the harshest winter conditions won't deter you from getting the job done.
A standout feature is the contoured EVA footbed lined with gel cushioning, which provides excellent support and comfort throughout the day, making these boots ideal for extended wear. The Bogs Max-Wick technology actively moves sweat away from your feet, keeping them dry and comfortable, a crucial aspect when working hard.
On the downside, some users have noted that the fit can be somewhat narrow, which might require those with wider feet to consider sizing up. Additionally, while the black color is practical for work environments, options are limited if you're looking for personal expression through footwear.

Tried these out for some landscaping work I was doing on a farm with heavy rain and soggy ground. My feet were warm, comfortable, and dry. The thread of the boot gave me great grip, the calf section was loose enough to tuck my jeans in but tight enough to keep water from splashing in, and sole was soft enough to keep my feet feeling good at the end of the day.
These boots are great, 100% satisfied with the purchase.
These are a great boot so far. I have worn them for three weeks out in the cold working construction in Chicago. I ha e worn many winter work boots and none have been able to keep my feet as toasty as these. They are super comfortable as well. One thing I would say is the length of the foot box is perfect fit however they are very wide. I ha e wide feet and they are still wide. I wear super thick sock (even though I don’t need to for warmth) just so the width fits well. Either way I would definitely recommend them for anyone who works outside in the winter.
Added my own foot liner for arch support as I do with every shoe made them great composite toe is excellent way warmer than steel in the winter, good support comfortable all day long all I need now is a uninsulated pair
These held up great this last winter working in the cold up north. They were comfortable and did not cause my feet to hurt even after 10+ hours a day of working in them. My only issue with these is the insoles inside. They have 2 separate insoles. One is supposed to be able to be removed to allow a wider fit. My issue was after a couple of months of wearing these, the insole underneath the one to adjust the size, was constantly working its way up the side of the boot and causing me to have to take them off and readjust them. I'm sure this could easily be fixed by purchasing some other insoles for them.
These are my second pair of the composite toe. The recent version feels even lighter than the first. Awesome stock footbeds, with the option to remove the bottom sizing footbed for very thick socks, or to allow more room for very wide feetTread is aggressive, and the boot is truly waterproof for working in really heinous conditions.I only wish they came in half sizes, as I’m a 10.5 and have to either go up/down with the 10 or 11. Go up in size if you wear heavy winter socks all the time, and are a half size.Outstanding cold weather safety toe boots!
Boots are warm, waterproof and light weight. I wear them in deep snow, water and mud and they are the best boots I have found
These boots keep your feet warm, I'm happy I purchased them. I'm working up in North Dakota and Wyoming in the oil field and as long as I pair these boots with some thermal or wool socks I can stay outside in the freezing conditions multiple hours at a time. The quality is very good and they are comfortable.
