When it comes to footwear, finding the right balance between style and comfort can be challenging. The Bloch Women's Omnia Sneaker excels in both areas, making it a standout choice for anyone looking for a versatile sneaker.
Comfort: The padded insoles and footbeds were immediately noticeable during my first wear, providing an impressive level of cushioning. The sneakers felt light, as if I was wearing next to nothing, yet supported my feet perfectly when walking. The padded internal heel counter kept my heels from slipping, which added to the overall comfort.
Style: In terms of aesthetics, the black design is classic and versatile, allowing these sneakers to pair well with various outfits. Whether you're dressing for a casual day out or engaging in light sports activities, the Omnia sneaker fits seamlessly into your wardrobe.
Breathability: Thanks to the knitted upper, the Omnia allows for optimal airflow, keeping feet cool even during warmer days. However, wearers should be cautious in very wet environments, as while they have a breathable design, they may not handle heavy moisture well.
Overall, the Bloch Women's Omnia Sneaker combines style, comfort, and functionality effectively, making it a worthy addition to any shoe collection.

These are fantastic dance sneakers for the studio! I love them 💗 They are very lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for hip hop and Funk jazz! The only slight drawback I had was that they don't turn well on Marley. Singles yes but too much grip for doubles so maybe not the best for choreography with lots of technique and turning depending on the dance surface.
I love the ease of slipping them on and off without having to mess with the laces. I wear them almost any time I go out and will soon need to buy a new pair. They are extremely thin material around the foot, which makes them breathable and a bit loose, which is fine except if it's wet or if you need something really sturdy. The sole is thick enough and soft enough for good walking, but not good for hiking or sports where you need lots of grip or for sudden changes of direction. Quality-wise, they are definitely overpriced, probably because they have the name Bloch on them. Nevertheless, I want another pair.
I've been wearing these shoes for five years and just ordered my third pair. I love the simple lines of the black shoe and how lightweight they are. I'm a line dancer and I wear them several times a week. I also have a separate pair for street wear. That said, to make these work well on a dance floor (wood or marley) I put duct tape on the bottoms under the balls of the feet. Otherwise, they're too sticky. (And I don't like "dance socks" that slide over the outside of shoes.) The duct tape allows them to turn perfectly, and it has stayed on the bottom of the shoes without needing replacement for two years. I also removed the insole that came with the shoe and replaced it with my own insole for more support.I see some reviews saying they're not great for wide feet and I would echo that. My feet are on the narrow side and they're the perfect width for me. In terms of length, they used to run true to street shoe size but my last pair was too short. I needed to go one-half size up.
Can dance fitnes and salsa in these
If you have wide width feet, this is not going to work. I buy a size up if shoes are not available in wide width. These are still very snug besides being a whole size up from what I wear.
I would echo other reviewers who have complained that the fit of these shoes has changed dramatically in the past year. My previous pair (in gray) fit perfectly in size 8 (I am typically a 7.5). I ordered a second size 8 pair (in black this time) just recently, and they are terribly tight and uncomfortable. Does not feel like the same shoe at all. Alas, I missed the window for return, assuming they would fit like my first pair. Don't make my same mistake!
Ordered these for my daughter to use on her drill team. She has used several of Bloch’s dance sneakers as well as tap shoes. They make quality shoes at a good price.
Great show to teach dance class in. They are super light and very easy to get on and off.
