These shoes fit like a glove! I wear them without socks. Just sprinkle a bit of powder in the shoe and away I go. I don't have to tie them over and over. I tied them once and they slip on and off perfectly. The support in them is phenomenal. I know they are more for dancing but since they come with the pads to put on the bottom of the shoe separately, I am using these for daily wear and will buy myself another pair for dancing. I normally wear a size 9 and that is what I ordered. If you like a little room at the tip of the toes, size up at least a half....especially if you plan to wear socks!
These shoes are very comfortable, give me good support and are easy to slip on and off — but don’t slip on my feet when exercising. They give me great mobility whether a step, cardio or sculpting class. As the other reviewers have mentioned, I did need a 1/2 size larger — from an 8-1/2 to a 9.
I returned these-just not right for my needs. I wanted dance sneakers with soles that allowed for slides, and turns, spins, and swivels, without torquing knees. Just very grippy soles for me. I also need low profile so they don't hit each other with close footwork. If you want comfortable sneakers for maybe some exercise classes these are very comfortable and supportive.Fit: A tad short at very top of big toe despite 1/2 size up (I wear 4 1/5, purchased 5, and would have tried 5 1/2 if keeping); otherwise fit and comfort were very good.
According to the explanations on the website, I understood that along with the shoes you get stickers to ease the swings in the dances. I didn't get it and I can't dance with these shoes because they just don't go around.
I'm very happy with my purchase. I read reviews and many said they were good for a Zumba. Yes they are! I am 75 & like the arch, support and style. I did take advice about sizing running small and ordered 9 instead of my usual 8 1/2. Good fit.
The shoes are OK. Size 10 fits me pretty consistently, but is a bit tight for this shoe. The material on the heel and toe also digs in a little. I have other shoes I like better and would not re-buy these.
I wear a size 6 1/2 so I decided to size up to a size 7 since the reviews mentioned to size up 1/2 up but that was too small and had to size up 1 size to 7 1/2. Unfortunately my return window had passed by the time I figured out they don’t fit so I had to buy another bigger pair but it’s worth it for how much these shoes helped me improve and get more out of my dance workouts. I like to do cardio fit or Zumba classes and these have improved my dance workout life. I’ve noticed my feet are less achy after and I love the grip on the bottom so you can spin and do fast moments quick.
Definitely a supportive sneaker for aerobics. It did take me a little bit of time to get accustomed to the higher fit, but they are comfortable and help with my weak ankles / alignment issues. I have a different version of Bloch sneakers as well (that one has a lower fit) and it is great as well. Definitely recommend these for dance / aerobics.
