I bought these men's tap shoes because I wear a women's 11 and was having a hard time finding a good option in that size. Buying these in men's sizes was the perfect solution.
My 12 year old son is a competitive dancer and loves these tap shoes. They are not too expensive but they sound better than cheaper versions. These are soft and durable. They sound amazing as well!
Shoes wore to big.
A little larger than their guidelines recommended. Go a full size down, not a half size.
We bought his regular street size and they fit well. They are nice leather and hopefully will last many years.
The tap shoes are comfortable and solid. They will last me a long time. Very happy with the purchase.
The shoes are great quality but the size was way too large!
I originally ordered these a 1/2 size smaller, due to the existing reviews. Some said they fit fine, others said they were a size too big. So, I split the difference and I ordered 1/2 size smaller. The 1/2 size smaller than my shoe size wound up being too big. I exchanged them for a full-size smaller and they fit perfectly. The instructor told me that tap shoes should fit with your toe all the way to the end of the shoe, with no wiggle room. If I went by my street shoe fit, with some room, my regular size would have been correct. However, being tap shoes, and needing them to fit snuggly, go with the full size smaller.
