I wear a shoe size that is usually non-existing in most cases, 10.5, so I usually have to size up to 11. (10 is almost always too small, or at least not worth the risk for online shopping.) So, if you think these look too big on my feet, well they technically are - but it’s not the shoe’s fault. I don’t have any issues walking in these, or any problems with them wanting to fly off because the straps are loose.(I generally do not ever buy wide width shoes, so if my feet appear wide it is because the shoes are cut narrower than my feet. Do not assume from my pics that these would be good for wider feet.)Otherwise, I wear these primarily around the house, all day, kinda like house slippers. They are comfortable for this. I also occasionally will wear them to the grocery store, etc. I have not been on my feet in them standing for more than 3-4 hours at one time. I haven’t worn them for any long walks. The straps across the tops of my feet don’t rub weirdly or cause any problems. They haven’t transferred any color to my feet.I don’t totally love the brown color on my skin tone, but they make up for that with comfort.
These are slightly more comfortable than my regular flip flops. The soles are squishy and offer a bit of support (but not a ton). I was worried that the braided straps would rub, and became extra worried when they already looked a bit stretched out before I even wore them (I was afraid they would be too loose) but they fit just fine. I have worn them for many long errands and haven't had any issues with them feeling uncomfortable.I usually wear an 8.5 but sometimes fit in a 9 so I ordered a 9 and they're perfect.
I ordered these flip flops in my usual size, and they fit ok. They're not cushiony or comfortable at all, however. There are much better and nicer options available for the price. You're paying only for brand name in this case. I don't recommend these. I'll stick to my reefs.
These are very cute and run true to size, but the strap rubs in the arch area of my foot and I think some break in time will do them some good. I got these late in the season and so haven’t been wearing them too much yet, but will certainly give them another go around when it warms up as I really like their look. The soles are a bit thin but these aren’t really made like your old school reefs in the first place so…. They’re also a bit on the expensive side. One star off for the price and the rubbing but they’re well made and cute, so I’m sure once I break them in I’ll be happy with them.
Love these. Simple flip flops but the braided straps dress it up just a bit.
I live in flip flops in the summer and thought these would be a good addition to my collection.I am a US 9.5 and most flip flops tend to be full sizes only. I typically size down as I absolutely cannot stand flip flops that are too big for risk of tripping on them. I ordered these in a size 9 and the length was as expected and on par with my normal sizing. However, these do run more narrow than I anticipated which is not something I generally have an issue with. The braiding itself is cute but in the short time wearing these, I can also tell that it would become very uncomfortable over the course of an entire day. These are also not nearly as cushioned as I was hoping for. I think they'll be good for wearing for short periods but won't stand up to being my daily pair in the summer as they are just not that comfortable. At the $40 price point, there are a lot of great alternatives that are much more comfortable, supportive, and cushioned. While cute, they will not replace my Reefs.
I've never been a person to wear flipflops a whole lot outside of the pool area, but these are really nice. There is no arch support, but the bottom is nice and cushy. You're not feeling the terrain when you walk. The leather braid on top is also comfortable and soft. These aren't cheaply made. It was a good buy.
I live in a beach town…I live in flip flops. I have tried many different brands and these are priced with the better ones, but a huge disappointment. They are the cheapest made expensive flip flops I own. They have a thin sole and for some reason the toe part folds over often when walking…like curls under. The toe piece is uncomfortable as well. I am just not impressed by anything. They look and feel cheap and are very uncomfortable. When you add a hefty price tag, you get a 1 star review. It’s not the quality expected for Roxy, I have Amazon flip flops that were half the price but much more comfortable.
