A retro pump without a ridiculously high heel! My daughter loves these so much she wears them around the house! So I assume they’re comfortable. If I was ordering them for myself (an older woman with spreading feet) I’d order up a half size but she’s young and they fit true to size. Rounded for toe box; not narrow and not elongated. They are well made with just a bit of padding. The bottoms have a print (see picture). The strap does not have a true button that comes undone -it is connected to a bit of elastic. Very cute shoes!
I looove these shoes! The model is so cute and the teal color is beautiful. They're super comfortable due to the mid heels and the bar that keeps it in place when you walk. I really prefer Mary Janes before other heels because of this feature. I sized up to a 7, since I've heard to rather go a little bigger, than really snug, on heels. (I'm normally a 6.5, or an EU 37, but have learnt to size up in case of full-sizes only, and it worked out perfectly because of the model.)Really happy with these and will probably get more colors.
I have owned these shoes for about a month now and have worn them often. They are adorable and very comfortable. They fit as expected. So far they seem like they will be a good, sturdy, long lasting shoe. I do plan on ordering more Bettie Page shoes in the future.
Pro: beautiful retro red colorCons: super snug. Ad picture shows more room in the toe box but when it arrived, there was a significant difference. Stitching is poor. No arch support and strap doesn’t detach so foot has to be shoved into shoe. Strap is held on via a faux button but if shoes are worn frequently, there will be trenching and possible breakage.
Loved these shoes. They were super comfortable and I plan to get more in different colors. They were a little small but ok. I bought the 9 and I should have gotten the 9.5. Depending on the shoe I can range from a 8.5-10. I ordered these for a 1940's themed party and didn't have time to return them and get another size. They seem to be well made and durable.
The shoe’s was too short. But it was very easy to return them.
These shoes are the perfect accessory for both vintage-inspired and modern dresses. The peach color is true to what appears on my monitor, and they are comfy right out of the box! My only concern is that the elastic attachment for the strap might wear out, but that should be an easy fix if the day ever comes. Color me a very happy customer.A word to the wise: size up. I typically wear a 9 or 9.5 and I ordered a 10 just to be safe. That was the right call.
I’ve worn this pair of shoes three times and they are completely ruined. The fit is great, the look is great but the quality is so poor that it’s not worth the money. I’m so disappointed to find a good fitting work shoe only to have the green veneer just start peeling and bubbling off after just three uses.
