I bought a pair of these at full price of $189 (AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF SEARCHING) expecting my dream wedding shoes. I checked daily until I finally was able to snag a pair. My dream finally came true as this was my "splurge" choice... Wrong.They came in a brown Amazon "original packaging has been damaged box" with a single piece of white tissue paper and one sole lining protector in one shoe. They did come with extra rhinestones the heel replacements thrown all willy-nilly in the box as well. The extremely soft leather was scuffed multiple times on both wedges, probably due to them flopping around in the box for days. The buckle was also undone on one shoe with TOE IMPRINTS ON THE SOLE and more leather scratches at the top of the wedge at the soul. Pretty clear to me its a floor sample. My husband even thought they smelled weird - EWW.This ruined the whole fancy shoe experience I thought I was paying for!So... I let Amazon know of the situation and instead of a full return, they gave me a partial refund. I chose this option due to the fact I can't find these anywhere and I didn't want to possibly lose them forever. Unfortunately for me, my dress just came back from alterations and the shoes not only have completely lost their luster but I missed the 30-day return policy and can no longer return - my mistake.I'm sure this isn't typical, I get the return policy, but this buying experience was literally gross.
