Unfortunately, there aren’t too many women’s wrestling shoe choices so I turned to these. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t want to order the wrong size. I’m a size 7.5 in women and I ordered a 6, which fits perfect. These are the best wrestling shoes I’ve ever owned. They are comfortable and very flexible. I also get TONS of compliments. Would recommend to anyone looking for new shoes.
My daughter chose this shoe for wrestling. She loves them. Wrestling shoes should fit a bit tight in the beginning, but once they are broken in, they will mold to your feet and feel comfortable. She recommends these shoes to all the boys on her team (she is the only girl). I have 4 kids that wrestle and Asics are the only wrestling shoes we will buy for them. They are well made and last.
shoes held up for all four years of HS and off-season wrestling
Nice shoe but they run very small. I’m at 10 1/2 and I ordered an 11 and they are tight. I probably should have returned for an 11 1/2 but I needed the shoe for a match
First pair of boxing/wrestling shoes and they are great looking and worth the price. At first they are so tight, I was going to return them. But I worked my way into them and they fit amazing. I’m a size 11 , I bought 11.5 and I would buy these again! I also have a fat foot, lol
My son loves ASICS wrestling shoes and his current pair started to come apart in the middle of the season. He’s had them for about a year of hard high school and off-season wrestling. New pair arrived quickly thanks to Prime. Exactly what he was looking for.He likes the grip pattern and the flexible fabric center on the bottom.
I bought these for my BF as a gift. This is now my third pair I've bought him since he loved it so much. He usually wears converse to lift weights but he swapped to these wrestling shoes because it is flat and high topped. It looks good and apparently wears pretty comfortably.
These fit snug like any wrestling shoe is expected to. I do catch as catch can wrestling, so they get a bit more punished than Greco style might do to them, and yet they have held up nicely.
