I wasn’t sure. I’m pretty picky. I hadn’t bought new riding boots in 20 years. I loved my old boots. But it was time. I met these online. They caught my eye because of the brand reputation and stylish appearance. Ok, and we have the same first name, whatever. They were stiff when they got here. But who wouldn’t spending hours in a dark box in one position? They were stiff at first, but not too tight. The width was perfect but I do have narrow feet. They seemed like they might like rubbing on my ankle which made me nervous. Our first night out, we rode horses. They slid into the stirrups and held my feet and ankles in place like pros! They started loosing up after that. Have worn them several times a week since for longer periods of time. Because I can. We’re so comfortable together! The stitching seems solid and the color is as pictured in their profile. That never happens! I think I’m in love!! <3 The price? Worth it for another 20....or more?
I love my boots! Beautiful!!!! Bought for my wedding. My heels hurt after wearing them for an hour but that was an easy fix with an insert. They were a tiny bit narrow when i tried them on but that went away after wearing for a few hours. Color was great! I wear from size 5 to size 6.5. I got 6.5 just to be safe and they fit me fine with normal everyday socks. So if you are like me and wear different sizes just go with the larger size you wear. They were comfortable. My feet didnt hurt after my wedding after wearing them only an hour ish prior.I have tiny calves and they fit fine. Most boots look funny on me but these were great. If you have large calves, Id order the wider size. Average size calves may be a tiny bit snug in these. Im 5'1 125 lbs.
Absolutely love the boots, but sent back to get a wide. I have a very wide foot it the toe area, not sure why I didn't order it wide in the first place.
Gorgeous boot! The 8 1/2 fit true to size, however I believe they run a tad narrow for Ariat's. I am really hoping that with a few wears they will fit like a glove. You can wear these with jean, or with dresses or skirts, I would be tempted to wear them with shorts, but I think with my age I might look like a fool. The red color is very robust and goes with everything! I love these boots, the only reason I gave them 4 stars is that they run narrow for Ariat's and were not offered in wides. The shaft came mid calf and is very flattering, and I love the rounded toe, it was somewhat pointy, but I think it dresses up the boot, as I think the square toes are UGLY!
I really love these boots. They are very comfortable. Very stylish. Looks great with jeans in or out. I have gotten a lot of compliments already. After reading the reviews I decided to order up 1/2 size than my normal size. They fit good but do have a little extra room that I heel slips up a bit. But since I have not tried on the other size I can not tel you if they would have been to right. Of course leather will stretch after you wear them so I am hoping that they will still be ok after they are broke in. This is my first pair of western boots so I have contemplated about buying for quite some time because of the cost so I will say they they are well made very comfortable and can be worn all day.After wearing these boots alot for a few months, I will say that these boots are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. I love them and I am very happy that I bought them.
Read reviews and tried on at a store because I was worried it ran small. I am an 8 in ariat square toe boots and I was an 8.5 in this boot. Also, I wear an 8.5 or 9 in pointy toe pumps in case this helps someone trying to figure out sizing. The leather is a little stiff at first but it softens up and molds to your foot quickly. It is very comfortable. Great arch support as well. This is a beautiful and quality boot that was a great price as well!
I got these for my birthday. They are a very lovely looking boot! I got a size 7.5 and they are very narrow around the width of my foot. Length was good but not wide enough. I thought about trying to wear them to stretch them like others did bit they really squeezed my foot alot. I ended up returning them. Very nice looking boots though!
This is the 2nd pair of these boots that I have bought. Wore out the soles on the last pair due to wearing everyday.
