The Ariat Mens Turbo 8" Waterproof Carbon Toe Work Boot balances safety, comfort, and durability perfectly. Its waterproof full-grain leather exterior not only protects against moisture but also offers excellent breathability. The 8-inch shaft provides ample ankle support, making it suitable for uneven terrains.
With ASTM-rated carbon toe protection, you can confidently tackle jobs that require heavy-duty footwear. Unlike traditional steel toes, the carbon toe is lighter yet just as robust, reducing foot fatigue during extended wear. The ATS technology incorporated into the design enhances stability and provides a cushioned fit, making these boots an excellent choice for long hours on your feet.
Comfort is further amplified by the rebound foam insole, which absorbs shock and returns energy with each step. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who engage in physical labor throughout the day.
While most users rave about the overall comfort and protective features, some have noted potential inconsistencies in sizing, which could be a concern for first-time buyers. Additionally, there might be a break-in period required for the carbon toe to feel comfortable. However, given its high-quality construction and thoughtful design, the Ariat Mens Turbo is a strong contender in the work boot category.

I finally replaced my work boots that were worn down by all the stone and concrete I work with frequently. This boots are bit over-sized (I'd say extra sock) from what I expected. These boots also need a decent break-in period. As higher top boots this is especially true since they flex less by design. Until they break in, your heel might rub against the area where the upper joins the heel region seam. For me, I lashed the lashes along the angle and kept snugging that down as wore them in. Once the leather starts to form-fit and soften bit the fit is nice. The sole is extremely comfortable and the stitching does not make any hard spots inside the boot. I enjoy wearing and can easily put in 10-12 hours of work. Again, these are work boots not hiking boots, so be cognizant of that as the break-in is different.
Very comfortable and fits really good.
These boots have a light and agile feel. I'm in them 10-12 hrs a day and my feet are fine, far superior to the Timbs Pro's they replaced. For an 8 in. The are over an in. taller than Timbs and leave a gap around the collar, I have skinny ankles. You will likely see the collar through your jeans much like you would a cowboy boot and I'm fine with it. I'll happily ride these until the tread falls off.
In my 72 years, I have never had a pair of work boots as good as these. The pair I’m wearing now are the same as this pair and there is little to no wear on the sole. They have been very comfortable. They will be 2 years old in April and there is plenty of wear left.
Ankles are very stiff. Past Ariat boots have needed little break in time , but the first 2 weeks I could only wear half the day and then had to switch out.
Have been buying this boot for my sons for several years. They work outside and are hard on their boots.I have bought other brands in the past ,but they love these boots.
Boots are nice just didn’t fit quite right. No problem on return.
Wore for less than one month total and the stitching came undone.
