I bought these because I like to wear a nice boot in the winter months. I’ve worn them to play disc golf in really wet or lightly rainy weather and they are really dry. The exterior of the boot doesn’t even show water spots after tromping through wet grass and wet piles of leaves looking for my discs in the woods. I ordered a wide width, which still felt narrow at first, but now seems to be breaking in nicely. Comfortable, good looking, and warm hiking boot.
“Ariat” products are great products in which I’ve worn for over 25 years. Be aware that when purchasing, their size appears to run 1/2 size smaller and somewhat narrower than stipulated. I wear a 9 1/2 E but needed to purchase a size 10EEE to fit correctly.
Great looking boot other than the pointy toe box, which not only makes an otherwise stylish boot look like grandpa shoes, but also (surprise!) squeezes my toes together, and I ordered the Wide boot size. I can't imagine what normal size does to toes. Good arch support, good ankle support but shock absorption could be better. I sadly have to return these. Why do capable boot makers make toe boxes more suitable for ballerinas?
IM ON MY FEET ALL DAY LOVE HOW THEY FIT I HAVE A HIGH INSTEP. THEY SEEM LIKE A HEAVY DUTY BOOT. GOOD BOOT PROTECTION ON FRONT AND BACK TO SAVE LEATHER DAMAGE. HAVE NOT WORE THEM IN WATER YET HOPE THEY ARE AS WATER PROOF AS THEY SAY, TIME WILL TELL. WILL GIVE AN UPDATE REVIEW IN A FEW MONTHS.
Husband loves them and they fit him true to size. When I buy Ariats for myself, I always have to buy a half to a full size smaller, I’m glad these fit him and we did not need to exchange.
Smaller than their usual 11.5 EE too short and too narrow
Very comfortable , use them for work boots. I stand for 10 to 13 hours a day on concrete , i am really hard on boots . Ariat boots hold up for me . This is my third pair of various styles of Ariat boots . I have never been disappointed . When you work for a living you need a good boot or shoe . I personally recommend trying the brand from my experience with them !
