The Ariat Mens Powerline 8" Waterproof Work Boot stands out as a premier choice for those in search of high-performance work boots. Its waterproof Pro construction made from premium full-grain leather ensures that your feet remain dry even in the most challenging environments. The inclusion of a removable kiltie allows for personalization, accommodating individual tastes.
The lightly padded protective collar provides added comfort around the ankle, reducing fatigue during extended wear. Thanks to the ATS Pro Advanced Torque Stability technology incorporated into the boot, you can expect superior support that helps minimize stress on your feet, particularly when navigating uneven terrain.
The round toe profile is not only classic but also functional, allowing ample room for toe movement, which is especially important during long workdays. Additionally, the leather lining adds an extra layer of comfort, preventing irritation.
One point worth noting is that while these boots are highly durable, they may take some time to break in fully. This is typical for high-quality leather products, so patience will pay off. Moreover, the price range reflects the quality and technology used, making it a worthwhile investment for serious workers looking for functionality and style.

I see a lot of buyers down scoring a product because it comes too narrow or two wide. The fact is, when you walk into a store you experience the same issues, you just get to find the next width up or size up and make your perfect purchase. In this process, it requires looking at the reviews and seeing if they are coming in a little small or large. In this case I saw both and ordered my regular size. Well, they were spot on for length, but do fit too narrow. I am a regular and I reordered the next width up. Yes, it cost me more. Please understand, it costs more to refit a machine to run a non regular size and that results in a price increase based upon manpower hours to install new equipment on the lines and restock. Then the extra manpower costs. OK, that being said. The system is excellent at getting the new size quickly and streamlined to do quick returns. My boots came in and the replacements fit perfectly. Even if I didn't get it right, how many pairs of boots would I have had to try on in the store? The same. After wearing my boots in for a short while, I experienced heavy rains during that time period and a huge winter storm. My feet were dry, warm and comfortable in some very extreme work conditions. I always oil my boots with mink oil, but my schedule prevented it. Still dry and warm. I rated them a five star. Because that is what mine are. They aren't whites, but they perform excellent. If you want leather heels, these aren't them. They are however, Vibram and are very durable and long wearing. Can't beat that at the price!!!!
Regarding Ariat Men's Powerline 8" H2O Composite Toe Work Boot: Got these through Amazon 1-10-2017. Ordered size 8.5 which fit me perfectly. Most of my Ariat work boots are size 8 which on one pair is too tight. The others fit fine. So there is some leeway in Ariat's sizing. As others have said, you may want to go up a half size or more. These are very comfortable for all day wear. They seem to be well constructed and should last me awhile as my other Ariats have. For those who have asked, they do have a "heavy duty steel shank". They are insulated but not overly so as some boots are. Also waterproof. The soles have good size traction lugs that don't hold the dirt like some do. The taller than normal heel isn't anything that is a bother. The lace lugs are sturdy and provide extra room for double tieing. Overall a very good boot.
The overall quality of this boot is superb. Solid construction, with attention obviously focused on build quality, rather than aesthetics. Unfortunately it does run a little small, so I am unable to give a full long term review.
These are very strong boots but also quite comfortable. All I can think to say about them at this point is that they are just right for me; as a guy who has suffered several major ankle sprains.
I bought these having bought Ariat boots in the past. The 2nd day putting them on one of the lace looms broke off. Also, Not a snug fit on ankles.Within 2 weeks another loom broke off. These will not last. Very dissatisfied
I've never had to "break in" a pair of boots. They either fit or they didn't. So when these didn't fit comfortably, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they're Ariats right? So here is my objective review after wearing them some.Fit = 2* continuous blister's on my Achilles and ball of my foot.Support = 5* No problem's here.Durability = 5* They are well built.Value = 3* for the price. H2O proof =0* ( They have leaked from day one. ). Overall rating 3* Sorry Ariat, I like your boots but you'll have to do Better next time.
i rounded the heel about a 1/4 inch with a file and it made for easier walking
Unfortunately the boots were a bit too insulated for me, I sent them back. If you need to keep your feet warm, these will do the job. I need boots for year round wear.
