I bought theses shoes for house shoes because they indicated they had support.for high arches which I have ., And I am on my feet a lot . I think the company behind the shoe is New Balance . The athletic shoe company. You can still find shoes that are comfortable with casual support with out resorting to the “old tennis shoe thing” with nice pants . .So these shoes sounded good ! Plus I have neuropathy in both my feet from med. drugs .First I ordered the first pair 7.5 m. BronzeAt terrific price because I think the color was not selling . They were almost perfect , but I needed to break them in, leather stretches . The toe bed had to be roomy too as I have a raised toe nail now . It was . So later I splurged and ordered the black one in same style , same size , they fit even better then first pair right out of the box ....Bingo !I give these a 4 star for their comfort and above all else their arch support which looking at fashion shoes and flats it’s 0 for foot support and they care only about fashion and nothing else . . They go good with almost everything that is casual especially for winter , when summer comes I have top support sandals that work all day .This shoe is sturdy but still flexible on the foot and comfy ! So glad I found them it’s hardTo shop on line and get a good fit shoe, feet are all different .But this time it worked 😊
I have a hammer toe, thanks to a hiking accident, and my foot needs a larger toe box than available in most shoes. I also have a narrow heel, and I used to wear a triple A in the heel and A double a in the shoe, but shoes with that sort of fit are long gone. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have found that also make a decent looking shoe that I can wear to most events and walk and stand around with comfort.
A bit big but very comfortable.
I love this shoe style so much that I am now on my 4th pair of Faiths. In 2014 my feet and ankles began to swell and resulted in a great deal of pain. The width of my shoe size increased to a EE from a size B. The change was variously attributed to cellulitis, arthritis, and vascular disease. After researching what brands of shoes were recommended by podiatrists I settled on this style made by Aravon and I am completely satisfied.
This is the third pair of Faith Aravon shoes that I have purchased. I do a great deal of walking at work and I love these shoes. I have worn out two pair. They are comfortable for walking and standing, which I do frequently every day. They hold up well and provide excellent arch support. These shoes are more comfortable than my athletic shoes.
I read the reviews and most said the shoe runs too big so i ordered 1/2 size smaller than i wear and it was too small. So ordered the 8 2a and it was way too big.
Bought this exact model 20 years ago. Wore them every day for about 18 of those 20 years. They finally started falling apart so I got a new pair. They are perfect!
I normally have a terrible time finding shoes. My feet are medium width but my heels are narrow so they slip out of shoes. I’m also between sizes and to top it off have thick orthotics for pronation and plantar fasciitis. When researching this shoe I read on another website that they recommended buying a half size up so that’s what I did and these shoes fit like a glove. The back of the shoe is a bit higher than others and slightly pinched so no slip. They come with memory foam insoles that are little thicker than others so replacing them with my orthotics made no difference in how the shoe fit. Loved them so much I ordered another color.
