This definitely appears to be a manufacturing flaw! The leather pulled away the sole. When I contacted the seller, I was told this is from wear and tear and could be from having a wide foot. I don’t have a wide foot! I bought these in October . Wore them 6-7 times. Also, I’ve purchased 2 pairs of this exact shoe from Comfort One shoes in Alexandria VA. and this did not happen to either pair These 2 pairs of heels lasted 2 years without this happening.I was unable to contact the seller after their response. I was stated if I replied to the response I most Likely would not get a reply from the seller! .I did not hear from seller again.Quite dissatisfied!Will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!Poor rating
I was expecting to receive a leather shoes not seude type. And please produce wide shoes for wide feet.
Larger than average size. I wear a size 7 in most companies. But this shoe was 2 sizes bigger for me. (Even for my girlfriend, who is wearing a size 8, it was a bit big) I brought her back, and was disappointed, that there was no size 6 left.
Warning! I wore these for the 2nd time yesterday and something in the left side lining sliced my foot open. Now it is bruised and swollen and I am diabetic, so foot damage is very serious. Not happy.
ARA shoes are the best. They are a bit pricey but it is very well worth it.
