They fit like a glove and I'm sure with use they will become even more comfortable (AE shoes have a reputation for being so good and well made). The grain leather finish is even better looking in person and the stitching is perfectly placed, no strings or out of place pointing.NOTE: these are rubber soled shoes so they can be worn to more places than leather sole ones but they wouldn't look out of place say in a family dinner or at the club social; that being said when they eventually wear their rubber down I'm sure you could get them re-soled.If you like semi-formal mocs then these are the ones to get (even at $225.00).
I have a very narrow foot and assume there was one pair left in my size. Consequently, I got a great deal. They are great looking shoes and appear to be made well. I had to remove a few spots of glue on the innersole but that was no big deal. I expect the rubber sole to wear well but only time will tell.
Arch is a little tight. I have a high arch.
I have worn Allen Edmonds shoes for years. This particular shoe was very tight in the toe area. The overall quality was fine; the shoes just didn't fit my foot.

When I first tried on these shoes, I was surprised how very comfortable they are. I didn't have to stretch then out like I had to from other shoes I purchased from Allen=Edmonds.
This is my second pair of these. I wore out the first pair. Both pairs are identical, both very comfortable.
These shoes fit very well (even in size 11 ½ B), look good and have fine craftsmanship. And, since I have several very old pairs of Allen Edmonds dress shoes, I expect that these will wear well too.
