When I first put these shoes on, I was amazed. As another reviewer somewhere mentioned, it was like walking on a cloud. Even when I'm not moving, these shoes feel amazing. I haven't tried the TraQ system yet, since they just arrived, but in my entire adult life, I don't remember ever putting a pair of shoes on that felt so good. I love Alegria shoes, and have a variety of them, but these far surpass any of the others. I hope Alegria designs more styles other than those few TraQ styles already existing (some are walking shoes, some like these, some are slip-ons) because these really are awesome in how they feel. What's should be mentioned, also, is that despite the ultimate comfort and softness of the shoes, there is good arch support. The pair I purchased is solid black. It would be great to see these shoes in a more colors and textures, in addition to the three other colors/combinations currently available.
Fits as expected. Comfy and cute! Light weight. Wish the other colors were available in my size. I would order all of them!
Fit perfectly, feel great and will work for everyday wear. I like the adjustable Mary Jane strap. I’m hoping the fabric will hold up. If it’s the same as parts of the design of other Algeria TRAQ shoes I have, it will hold up. They have the arch supportive insole so my feet are not tired after I’ve been on them all day.
Cute and lightweight. I do like them but what they call a high arch actually feels more like a steep drop off of the bottom of your heel to your foot bed. I decided to keep using them hoping it would soften up a bit as its kind of hard. I think it did soften a little. I can wear them for awhile once I get use to walking in them. But one day I wore them on a all day trip and boy was my feet sore for several days. Haven't wore them sense. I will use them again for half days. I would try this brand again if they don't have that kind of hard drop inside.
I love the high arch support - use these for everyday work and they are very comfortable. The footbed feels very soft and cushiony, but the arch support stays in contact with my arch all day. Slight rocker feel from the sole which helps me to keep going without pain. After I had worn them for a couple of days, my plantar fasciitis was practically gone. The Traq system is very cool - shake the left shoe after installing the free app, and you’re good to go. I’ll be buying another pair, or maybe even 2!
Fits good. Has the right support, comfort and stretch but is coming a loose at the stitching. I haven’t had them a month.
I love the comfort this shoe provides. I have plantar fasciitis and arthritis, these shoes make it possible to be on my feet for hours. The only thing I didn’t like was the elastic band around the top of the shoe, it does rub and may cause blisters. I also received compliments on the cute design of the shoe. I would buy this shoe again.
I have chronic back pain and my doctor recommended Alegria shoes for me. Bought a pair of sandals and loved them! When I wanted a pair of walking shoes, I found these. They helped much I bought a pair for my mother who has had multiple foot surgeries. She loved them so much she bought herself a second pair in another color. Can be worn year around. Great shoes!
