Adrianna Papell Jamie Evening Pumps Women's Shoes Silver Size 5.5

I love these shoes! They are unbelievably comfortable. I ordered this pair because I needed a smaller size and was planning to wear to a wedding. When they arrived I opened the box and pulled out one shoe, tried it on to verify fit and then put back into the box. Since there was a change in wedding plans I didn't take them both out of the box until recently. I put on both and stood up only to have one shoe fall completely off. When I checked each shoe is when I realized that one shoe was a 5.5 and the other 7.5! Of course I contacted BOBBI + BRICKA and explained the situation. I expected "I am so sorry" or "Of course you can get a refund, this is our fault" or "Let us send you the correct sizes". NOPE NOPE NOPE! What I got was an absolute "NO, it is past the 30 day limit". ABSOLUTELY the incorrect response so PLEASE beware of this distributor. They obviously don't care about positive customer service but only the bottom line.
