The adidas Men's Combat Speed 5 Wrestling Shoe excels in comfort and fit, making it ideal for both beginners and seasoned wrestlers. The shoe's unique ability to conform closely to your foot allows for rapid movements without sacrificing safety or support.
In terms of performance, the split-suede leather outsole delivers impressive grip, which is crucial when you're battling your opponent on the mats. The internal EVA midsole provides cushioning that can significantly reduce the impact of jumps and landings, enhancing your overall comfort during competitive sessions.
However, it's important to note that these shoes do run larger than standard sizing. Most users recommend purchasing a size and a half smaller than usual for the best experience. Additionally, while the lightweight design is a significant advantage, some users have reported concerns regarding long-term durability, especially with heavy usage.
Overall, if you're seeking a well-balanced wrestling shoe that offers excellent mobility, breathability, and support, the adidas Men's Combat Speed 5 is worth considering.

I love these Adidas shoes.!The fit very well and last quite a long time. I box three times a week and they have lasted for months now with little to no wear and tear. I would recommend that you only use these when you are training because like all combat shoes they have very thin sole to remain light. I know some guys will put them on at home then walk to the gym on the cement and it wears their shoes down quickly. But these shoes are durable as long as you wear them for what they are intended. While these shoes are comfortable for a combat training shoe they aren't doing to feel like a pair of loafers. The reason I gave them a 5 star rating is because when I'm training I don't notice them. I've used other shoes were they become a distraction while you're training the perfect combat shoe is one you never notice and this fits the bill.I also like the style but that just personal preference. I hope this helps.
This boot is awesome, they fit perfectly and have enough room in the toe box to spread! I’m using them for skipping rope and they are perfect, the feedback/sound from them is very satisfying and they look really dope too when using. The old photos did not do them justice, glad they updated them.
Very sturdy wrestling shoes. Easy to put on & to take off. Overall five stars bc of grip, strength, and quality
I've been kickboxing for over four years but decided to start boxing about 6 months ago and learned that I'd really need a good pair of shoes to move in the ring. Since I'm used to working out barefoot I wanted something on the lighter side that wouldn't hinder my footwork and have soles that provided just enough traction for a good pivot. These shoes definitely provide that and they really do feel great and breathe well. I only wear these when I work out at my actual boxing gym so they're good for jumping rope, shadow boxing, ring work, etc but since these are medium tops I would not recommend for any sort of boxing/kickboxing boutique fitness program aka anything with a focus on HIIT work - these aren't aerobic shoes. The only reason I knocked off a star is the velcro straps are a little short on length. I can still get them to wrap around my ankles but I've really got to give them a good tug to get there but then again it means they're tight and I don't mind a little extra ankle support. Also I typically wear a Women's size 8 in shoes and got these in a 6.5 M and they fit perfectly.
My son says these shoes are very comfortable.
My favorite wrestling shoe. I own nike inflicts and asics, these are my favorites.
Great shoe for Wrestling!!!!
Lots of people at my gym use these so I thought I’d give them a try. Happy with them, good fit and support, look good.
