Good product (returned due to wrong size, picked the right one - no problem) However, "free return" is total false. Again - seller claims free return and then charges restocking fee. Five stars to the product, zero to the seller.
Great boots for everyday and work around the property (safety toe). I’ve owned 6 pairs of these same boots - they used to come with the Vibram soles pictured years ago, but Ariat changed to a different sole (but still good) several of my pairs ago.
Good fit, nice and snug with proper heel slip. Only complaint is on the right boot, the top of the heel cap hits my ankle. Otherwise no breakin required.
great looking boot . use them daily for work . heel wont last more than 6 months had heel repaired 3 times in a year and a half. time to find a different boot company. oh btw customer support is useless..

I have always worn an 8.5 D boot from many different manufacturers, so that's what I ordered with these. However, they are too large and fit loosely. Best to try them on in store or order 1/2 size smaller.
