I had been eyeing Vejas for a while and am glad I finally got a pair! I love the white with black logo and cream sole. I am glad I went with this style - I liked that the opening was a tad higher than the others. I like to wear ankle socks more than no shows. I love that they are all leather and so easy to clean. I did have to exchange sizes. I'm usually a 6.5-7 and originally ordered the 7 but went down to a 6. They feel well made. They are comfortable, too. Not my MOST comfortable, but so comfortable that I wear them often and would definitely buy another pair!
I love these shoes. I would definitely order a half a size smaller next time but overall, the fit is great and their comfier than expected. They go with wide leg trousers, mom jeans, straight jeans, flares… you name it.
I found Veja through an Instagram influence I follow and since I had a big Amazon gift card, I decided to purchase them through Amazon. I’ve never ordered an expensive brand specific item on Amazon before, so I was a little nervous, but they came in an official box and in perfect condition! One thing to note: the tongue on these shoes is immensely uncomfortable when you first start wearing them. It’s stiff and long so it rubs on the front of your ankle whenever you walk. I just folded it over the first week or so I wore them and now they’re broken in enough that I don’t have to do that anymore! The style and durability of these shoes is well worth it though, and I love everything the company stands for!! I would definitely recommend these!
Love them comfy and so trendy!
They are really pretty shoes and go with everything ! Size runs a little big, inside is just flat, no support or cushioning. Maybe I’m compering with colle Han but still too simple for me ! Materials are really basic.
Yes, I bought them because Princess Kate is photographed in these often. I did have to take out the insole because it was hard and replace with a better insole. They do make a clicking sound when I walk on hard floors at work, but did I mention, Princess Kate wears them?
Is this a joke? These shoes are absolutely not worth $150. I won’t deny the design is unique and very cool. However, the sole feels like I’m standing on a pair of shoes from target. They look like they’d have more support for that price. And I’m not typically someone who would rank comfort higher than style but this is ridiculous if they’re $150 they need to have both style and comfort. They even look much cheaper in person. I just couldn’t pay that much to have shoes that look like they should be more in the $40-$60 range. And I can’t even start on the tongue of the shoe, it’s literally just a thin piece of pleather and is way too long. Did no one try these on before the design was finalized??? I am just honestly astonished that a company can get away with this type of mark up for such cheaply made shoes. Think toms when they just came out and they’re selling essentially prison slip ons for $80. These are obviously more stylish than toms but the quality is just not there for that price. I think I’ll try some adidas that look almost the exact same but a fraction of the cost.
I love the fit and style of the Vejas, they go with pretty much everything! They require a few wears to break them in and run a 1/2-1 full size larger so take that into consideration when ordering. I normally wear a size 7 in women’s and ordered a 36 in this style for the best fit.
