Definitely tighter than they would be from Journeys so I do recommend going up a size but that’s always the case with vans they’re just really never this tight.
I have been wanting these shoes for awhile and finally purchased them. I was a little weary since they are UK sizing but since they were half the price of US sized ones I took the chance. I am typically a 7.5 US so I went by that for the sizing. If you have Vans you know the tag inside says the sizing for all countries so I just looked at another pair I already had and went by that. These fit almost perfect. A would say they fit a little snug compared the the Vans women’s Ward sneaker. But they are SO comfortable. Most comfortable vans I own for sure. And they are super cute on. Highly recommend.
Vann's does NOT differentiate between male and female sizes. Vann's also produces at least 4 types of quality levels for these white/black checkerboard slip ons. Pricing: I bought these in July 2023 for $35 dollars ($34.88)....they are now, November 2023, $59 dollars ($58.88). So 4/5 months later and a 68% increase! Very good product...but need to be a good consumer.
Little tight across the top for bigger feet but managable. Had an old man in an elevator ask if they made me go faster. I said no but i finish sooner. What can be said about vans the we dont already know.

How many shoes never hurt your feet when they’re new? This is one of them.Another shoe you can wear with no pain when they’re new is Huaraches. Im in Mexico and this is true. Only buy huaraches with used tires on the soles.Wear Vans and Huaraches. That’s all I can say about footwearThank you
