Vans are the shoe I always end up coming back to. They are durable, comfortable and stylish.
Expected delivery was May 15-22, but they're here already on May 11! Amazing 2 day delivery! I am a woman's size 8 and purchased these in a 6.5 men's/8 women's and the fit is spot on. They're amazingly comfortable without any of those darned spots around the ankle that can rub - 2 thumbs up for that alone! The only downside I could see is that there's no arch support whatsoever, so if you're walking around all day you could get a bit achy. This can easily be remedied with an insert, found at any pharmacy or right here on Amazon. They're loose enough to comfortably wear an insert without your foot being strangled. The toe area, heel, and area where your laces lace up are suede, while the side of the sneaker are canvas. Very well constructed and I'm sure will hold up when taking a beating. They arrived in a Vans box and are definitely authentic. I'm very happy with my new kicks!
