The product is great
These are now the main shoes that both of my teens wear; they have been wearing this model for almost three years. They love the look of them and say they are comfortable enough but they do rip and split open after some time. A new pair busted out after my son spent three weeks walking all day on a trip, but that was his choice to not wear athletic sneakers for all that walking. In use for attending high school and college they lasted my sons 6 to 9 months before literally falling apart at the cloth areas where the shoe flexes or with the soles worn off the bottom with holes or peeling edges of the sole. We have had trouble finding the right size and right color in local stores so we switched to using Amazon who always has their choice in stock, plus it's at a discounted price. Rated 5 stars for a shoe that will last on average, 6 months.

Good clean simple skate style shoes. Comfortable enough. But these aren't the same shoe that are on display here. The ones in the product photo have black soles and are thicker inside. The ones I got have white soles and are thinner. They still are nice, but they aren't the same as what I see on the picture. So beware. Might want to look elsewhere if you totally need the totally black kind.
You could never go wrong with white vans they go with anything!!
Hard to find black on black at a good price
Classic Vans in All White are a summer staple. I've owned a few pairs of these shoes and am always satisfied how durable they are.The all-white look is very clean (although the shoes are hard to keep it that way). I would recommend hitting them with some Scotchbrite if you'd like to have them last a little longer. As they begin to break in, the patina/dirty look they get is great too.Shoes themselves have no arch support, but I don't have a problem wearing them for most of the day without having any pain. If you want to go socksless, give yourself some time because you'll likely have a blister and need a callus to develop.
I'm a small female with tiny feet. Bought the 5.5 women's, and they fit perfectly! Can't find this particular size in stores. I've even tried shopping in the kid's shoe department, but could never find the style I wanted. These are my new favorite shoes!
