This shoe, Vans Old Skool Classic, is my son's favorite, always in Black. He's been wearing the style for 5 years and will not where anything else. I've seen him go from a size 7 to now a 11.5. I usually buy two in the current size so he has a nice clean pair to wear out to nice places and a dingy pair to wear to school. Even though the insole is flat and gives no support, and hurts his flat feet when standing for too long in them, he still wears them proudly and NEVER COMPLAINS. That's dedication.
These are the 3rd pair I have gotten for my son in a year and a half. He’s hard on his shoes but they are his favorite pair of shoes.
Nice shoes work for casual or slight professional situations, and great color for summer.
