I like the looks of the shoe; it is stylish and different. They fit well and are very comfortable. I am pleased with this purchase.
I had to return the shoes. Overall just too small. I normally wear a narrow and actually have trouble finding shoes in error enough at times. This one was quite extreme and knew I could never break them in. I love the style, it’s what I have been looking for for a long time.
These are great looking shoes, and they feel good. But there is so much room in the heel area, that every time I take a step, I come right out of the shoe! (I do not have a particularly narrow heel, and I have never had this problem with other shoes.)
I bought these for my elderly mother. She is blind and wanted a shoe with arch support but a low profile. (The clunky shoes she had before were hard to walk in!) She really likes these. She said they are comfortable and easy to wear, easy to walk in. They come in a variety of sizes, so I was able to get a wide width for her. Because of the velcro and stretch closure, she is able to get them on and off easily. I highly recommend these shoes.

I have very narrow feet. The 9N fit really well. Heel slips a tiny bit but overall it's a great shoe.
My typical size is 8.5W-9W in Clarks & other shoes I buy. This Totter 'Joy' 9W is not even close to being wide width. Even with the the liner out, the fit is tight across the toe box, yet the heel slips. I liked the look and taupe color, but the fit was unacceptable.
