I'm an adult w/ some sensory issues and hypersensitivity. I'm not a fan 0f shoes or socks, but Tom's brand is practically the only shoes I will tolerate. I wear 8 1/2 womens but get 5.5 in Big Kids cuz they work with my issues. Awesome shoes!. You WILL NOT be disappointed!
