Taos brand shoes are great no matter the style. My wife tried on a pair at a store and ended up buying 3 pair that day because of the immediate difference she felt in these shoes. They have great support and help with her foot pain.She then ordered 3 more pair on Amazon after wearing the first ones for a week.Taos is now her go to brand and she says that they are the most comfortable shoe she has ever warn. She said that some of the styles run about half a size smaller than expected (she wears nice thick socks "Darn Tough Brand".) Make sure you try on a pair before making a purchase online so you know your correct size.The quality of these shoes are well worth the price. She sees these as an investment because she no longer struggles with the bottom of her feet hurting. Go get yours today!

I loved the look of these shoes, but ultimately will have to return them, as they just don't fit comfortably. I tried both a 6 W and a 6.5; the 6 W was definitely too small, and the 6.5 seemed to be the right size but was not comfortable. The arch support is VERY firm--a little too firm for my liking, plus my left big toe was getting pressed down. In my experience, that's a recipe for pain. Of course, that's a peculiarity of the way my foot is shaped, so it might not be a problem for you. I'm bummed to have to return these, as they are well made and exactly the look I'm looking for, but "not comfortable" is a deal breaker.
I would like to start this review by saying I researched this product before buying and it was also a product recommended by a friend for it's great arch support.I then went to a store that carried this brand to try them on for fit since I had heard that they ran small. Sure enough, I wear a 10 in most shoes and the 10 "fit", but the arch support hit in the wrong place and I felt my big toes were too close to the end of the shoe, so I asked to try on a half size bigger. They do not come in half sizes, so I tried the 11. Bingo!! The arch support fell in the right spot and it felt so much better! Since the store didn't carry my size in the style I wanted, I ordered from here hoping the fit would be the same.Yay!! It was. The day after my shoes arrived I wore them the whole day. They were comfortable and no issues with areas that rubbed or hurt my feet.The arch support is great for me. I have high arches that need support, but my feet can't take hard and ridged arch support or they ache afterwards. I did not experience any arch pain even though the arch support was obvious while wearing the shoes.I obviously can't speak to the durability of this shoe since this is the first pair I've owned, but they seam to be well constructed and I like the materials. I also think they are really cute! Love the style and color.Overall... I am happy with my purchase.
This is my third pair of Taos sneakers. They are very well made and make my feet look and feel good. The arch support is great. My only problem with Taos sneakers is that they are a little difficult to get on because of my my high arches, but once I have them on, they feel wonderful. The Amazon price was much better than the actual Taos website because when buying sale shoes from Taos, they are non-returnable. I am very happy with this purchase.
Cute style…ran a 1/2 size short for me…I returned this shoe not only b/c my normal size 7 ran short, but b/c it has a stiff inner and outer sole and was uncomfortable to walk in.
This is my second pair of these shoes, I wore the other out I love them so much. They have a great arch support and I usually wear them sockless all summer. They are just so comfortable, and for me they are perfect. I will be buying them again for sure. I do agree with what others have said, do size up a 1/2 size.
