I had to order these 3 times in order to get the right size, I have previously owned SUPERGAS but these are not true to size at all. I returned the shoes and yes, had to pay to send them back 2 times. and the first company I got them from TOAD FOOTWEAR US, will not refund the money because they said they could not sell them again even though I only tried them on. (the sole was dirty) Plus they wanted me to pay shipping to send me some shoes am not going to be able to wear.I agree with "Milli's" review... these shoes come off with every step you take even if you have the right size... they feel like a pair of bricks to your feet, and wouldn't even stay on and the pair I kept is gonna cost me about $160 because of the refund I didn't get.
