I ordered the Superga Unisex sneakers in 2 sizes for my sister so she could try them on and pick the right size. I ended up keeping the other pair. Because that took some time, I missed the 30 day return window, and didn’t try them until 4 days ago. The left shoe has a higher arch than the right shoe. I’ve worn them 3 times, thinking I tightened the laces tighter on one shoe or something. I felt inside the shoes and sure enough, they are unbalanced. I got home last night and my left foot hurt from the unevenness of the shoes. I was hoping to reach out to Superga to see if anything can be done, but I can’t find any contact options. So, nice style, but make sure you try them before the return window closes. I wanted to treat myself and now I’m disappointed.
