these shoes seem to be made for mild winter conditions. i walk a few miles a day and these are comfy down to about 20f for me if i wear some heavy wool socks with them. little tight at first, but after a couple walks they are perfect. the sole is the only thing i can wear around here without slipping all over the place. the sole is as good as you're gonna get for slippery surfaces. i have zero sidewalks and the roads aren't maintained with me in mind.these are not a summer shoe. if you want them for warmer temps, you might want to go a half size down. if you want a sneaker designed for cold, wet, slippery situations, these fit the bill perfectly. get out and walk.
I bought these as a gift. They are true to size. I am told they are extremely comfortable. I think they are a great casual show and look dressier, or more put together when wearing them than what the photos show. Sperry can be hit or miss, this one is a hit.
Bought my husband 3 pairs of shoes to try on and select one for Christmas. These were the winner because he loved how warm and soft they felt and for the non slip sole ( we live in Colorado)
I am upset . Something that should be an easy sale turns into work for me to get my money back.
Decent warmth but could be a bit warmer.
My son really likes these shoes.
