I had to return my size 6 D and got a 5 1/2 D - better but I only needed a C width which wasn't available. The smaller shoe is better but the heel tends to slip off. I will try a heel pad. I like the look of the shoe. It's comfortable to wear and just what I was hoping to find.
I LOVE Spenco shoes and sandals. I have over 30 pairs, so I know how they fit. I have a wide foot. I got wide shoes in my size. The heel on these shoes is HUGE. The back of my foot slips out constantly. Hopefully, with some inserts to the back, it won’t. So bummed because they are comfortable and cute.
I ordered these and they were way too big in my normal size. I have other shoes from this brand so I assumed they were mismarked. I exchanged them and I had the same issue. They now have to go back as well and they shoes cost twice as much in the smaller size.

I want to return for refund!!! Both heels slip out when I walk. I don't have narrow heels. It's as If someone who has huge heels wore them and returned them. Lesson learned! Buy directly from manufacturer!!
Liked the style and comfort! They do run big. Had to get 1/2 size smaller:) Sort of like ordering sandals when they don’t have 1/2 sizes!
Yes, the sizing is off. I have some Spenco mules that fit comfortably in my normal size. These are too big and I am sorry that I did not read the reviews before purchasing. It would have saved me the trouble of shipping it back.
