I'm surprised people half a sized up their normal shoe size in these. I'm normally a size 9 and got a size 9. They fit perfectly. I went on a 3 mile walk in these straight out of the box and they are very comfy. I might switch out the insole because I'd like to have more cushion but other than that they are very nice and warm on my chilly morning walks.
So these have become one of my favorite boots to wear. First of all, they have a wider toe box than most other boots out there, so your toes don’t get squished. It’s more natural feeling and that’s why I always grab these first! They’re also practical and have good grippy soles. Was able to hike while carrying a toddler, and navigate slippery rocks easily. They’re pretty lightweight and never feel clunky. I’m usually a 9 or 9.5 in boots (9.5 if they have a more narrow shape) and these fit perfectly as a size 9.I got the olive green color and love them!
I got the Moonstone/Sea salt color. They’re very cute. I have a low arch so most athletic shoes hurt my feet. These don’t have a super padded insole, but I wore them all day to a festival & my feet never hurt. This is my first pair of Sorel’s & they seem very well made. I got an 8, which is my usual size, & they fit perfect.
fit maybe a bit small, but great boot, love it. looks good too. good design from a trusted brand, it's nice when that actually happens.
They felt okay until I laced them up and walked around. For having such a roomy toe-box, my toes were squished and pinched. They’re so cute that I’m tempted to purchase a half size up…but the lack of arch support is a dealbreaker. Farewell, almost-perfect sneaker boots.
So comfortable, like water proof
These fit true to size, and did not require any break in time. I brought them on a trip in December and we had quite a bit of snow/rain. They really are waterproof - I was outside walking for at least 5 hours each day. And while not fleece lined, they were warm when paired with ski socks. I like having the option to also wear in warmer weather with less-warm socks.The tan color is nice and the high top bootie is versatile - I wore with both leggings and jeans.
