I am a big Sorel fan (boots and sneakers), and I have several pairs of this specific style. They are SUPER comfortable, colors are gorgeous and the laces stay tied. They look great with yoga pants, joggers and shorts. I wear them year round, both for training and casual wear, and the soles last a really long time (2nd pic is of another pair Ive owned twice as long and the soles are still in great shape!). They're the only brand I buy these days...love!
EDIT: I ordered a half size up from my normal size. They arrived with marks on them before i even put them on. Maybe these come from an outlet or slightly defect warehouse? Could explain the reduced price ? i ordered the dreamy pink color. They're a beautiful shoe! I like that they combine style and function. They almost have a dad show vibe minus the big, puffy quality lol They also manage to look sporty and stylish all at once. Super comfy. I did return for a half size larger than my normal size! These shoes are so comfortable! I had high expectations since I have Sorel snow boots and absolutely love those! Definitely one of my top go to brands.
Size: I am a 10.5 who usually orders 11 because there isn't a 10.5 available. The 10.5 in this goes was perfect. Not at all snug (but I also don't wear socks with sneakers).Style: The look is fun and funky, something you could wear with my dressed-up looks and not just athleisure. I live and Europe and think this suits the sneaker trends there at the moment.Comfort: Had the potential to be great, but here's a fatal flaw. That pink lace that goes around the perimeter of the shoelace eyelets... On each end, it enters into the inside of the shoe and is just exposed there. For me, with my flat feet, this means I have a round lace rubbing right on the arch of my foot. Huge design flaw.The material is also super thin, like rice paper looking. No clue how this would wear over time, but it doesn't seem like it could stand up to much.The test of the shoe was comfortable, and for the discounted price of $30-50 I'd say they're worth it if that pink lace inside doesn't rub and bigger you.
