I needed a good pair of "sneaker type low boots" for fall/winter that have great traction as well as comfort. These hit every mark and then some. Yes, they are a bit stiff out of the box, but they're new so that's expected. The amazing part is that the "breaking in process" isn't killing my feet, legs, and back. These will be perfect for those winter days when snow boots are too much, but regular shoes just aren't enough.Buy them. You can always return them, but seriously...you probably won't.

These are great but don't come in a wide, I have flat feet and the squeeze the instep to the point of pain. I would recommend for persons with a narrow foot or high arch.
