When assessing the Skechers Women's GO Run Glide Step Hyper-Dash Charge Sneaker, it's clear that this shoe is made for serious runners. The standout feature is undoubtedly the Hyper Burst cushioning, which offers a plush yet responsive feel. Whether you're jogging in your neighborhood or hitting the treadmill, you'll appreciate how this technology helps to absorb impact while providing a springy lift.
The unique outsole design adds another level of performance, featuring grooves that allow for flexibility and natural movement of the foot. You will notice a significant improvement in energy return, making your runs feel easier and more enjoyable.
The knit upper is not just about aesthetics; it significantly enhances breathability. This makes the shoe ideal for warm-weather workouts or long-distance runs where moisture can build up. The soft fabric lining gives added comfort against the skin, preventing chafing during extended wear.
However, it's worth noting some limitations. While the colors available are stylish, the choices may seem limited for those seeking vibrant options. Additionally, the price may be higher than some entry-level models, but the advanced features and overall performance justify the investment for dedicated runners.

These are great, fit me well and super comfortable.
I walk and stand in the shoes daily, and my feet do not hurt.
I bought these after spending a $130 on a pair of Brooke’s shoes because I’m on my feet all the time and I was still having a lot of foot pain. Saw a commercial for these Skechers and ordered a pain. Best decision I have ever made!! I have plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia and have horrible feet pain but with these shoes I can handle being on my feet all day with no pain!!! Absolutely amazing!!
These shoes are very comfortable BUT the opening is too small! I wear a 5 1/2 (narrow) & once they get on they’re great. …but there is no way to EXPAND the opening because there is no actual way to spread out the place where the show string holes are because it is sewn down to the tongue of the shoe. You can unlace to your your heart’s content but it doesn’t help. I can barely get my thinnest pair of footies on without the entire back of the sock sticking out of the shoe! I’m disappointed….they REALLY CHEAPENED OUT this EXPENSIVE SHOE!
I have been wearing this shoe and its purple partner for over 6 months now. I used to have horrible heel pain all the time. Finally I found a shoe that works for me. I have high arches and these actually fit like they should. The string ties a little bit differently at the top and I think this makes all the world of difference for me. I wish they had wide sizes, but I can get into the slightly larger normal width shoe. If you have narrow feet, these might be to loose for you.
to tight on my feet
I purchased these Sketchers as I have rehab 2x a week and my normal Go Walks weren't up to it, I have to do a lot of treadmill. These are great and my feet are feeling much better!
