I am 81 years old and have had the plantar fasciitis problems. I have been warring HOKA shoes to reduce the pain. The HOKA s make a good shoe but the Skechers are more comfortable and support my arch better.I purchased a taupe-colored pair and plan on ordering a black pair soon. I don't workout at my age, so I didn't rate the shoe for workouts.

Very comfortable, Im having trouble with plantar fascitis and these shoes have helped ease the pain a good bit, I have a high instep and needed the arch support, I bought the extra wide for plenty of room, these are good all around walking shoes but I would not wear them to do any heavy duty work in, I've had them about 3 months and they are holding up very well, I would definitely buy them again and recommend them for people having trouble with their feet.
