My goal with this review is to get you to not buy these. Learn from my mistake.First of all, the quality. These look and feel like 20 dollar Chinese shoes from Walmart, wouldn't surprise me if the production quality was virtually the same. For a 120 dollar shoe, this is unacceptable.Second of all, the sizing. I wear US 11.5 to US 12, or an EU 46. These are marked US 12 and EU 45.5. They are HUGE and way too wide! Compared to Nike, Brooks, Adidas, I would recommend going a half size or a full size smaller. Maybe new balance you could get the same size, but I hear new balance has been sizing closer to Nike, Brooks, Adidas lately. More on the width and why you should probably avoid these unless you really do have wide forefoot: Running shoes, especially stability shoes need to be snug in the upper to work, these are so wide there was no way to snug them up so my foot flopped around in them. In addition, the design of these shoes is different than all the "real" running shoes from companies like Brooks. Look at how far the laces start up towards the shin, they are at least an inch up from where companies like Brooks and New Balance start them, therefore, *there is no way to snug up the toe box*Next the cushion (or lack there-of) these shoes have virtually no cushion what-so-ever, they are firmer than my new balance minumus shoes, and not only that, they are dual density midsole so they are supposed to prevent over-pronation. Spoiler Alert, they don't. Go buy any other motion control shoe if you really need one, these won't do it.The run: I went 6 miles; Easy peasy recovery run, focus on mid-foot short stride. One of the toughest, and most painful recovery runs I've ever had, my knees are killing me! My feet flopped around the whole time in the ridiculous toe-box and the claim is these are designed to land with a mid-foot strike is questionable at best, downright deception at worst, I was not able to consistently land with a mid-foot strike because of the wild instability due to inability to snug the upper to the foot, my new balance minimus were way better in that regard.Over-all the worst running shoe I've ever had, I'm sitting here fuming after my run for getting suckered by sketchers deceptive marketing and with an MCL that is screaming out in pain. NEVER AGAIN.
