Deceptively simple, this elegant ballerina flat has a secret comfort weapon in the heel. The Reese comes with new pressure release technology. The hole in the heel is intentional. It’s an easy way to relieve the pressure under your foot created with each step, and the springy heel material returns energy to your feet too.

I am a general manager at a restaurant so I needed shoes that were professional and comfortable and these fit perfectly. No need to break them in. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day with no problem.
If you’re on you feet for a lengthy amount of time I would not recommend. No arch and narrow
I have return them since they are the smallest size they come in, I was disappointed because they were nice otherwise
Not true to size.
I work as a manager at a fine dining restaurant so I needed a shoe that looked nice, but would support my feet as well as being non-slip. I have not slipped in these and they provide good support! Con- it took a looooong time to break these in. I was tempted to send them back during my trial period, but they appeared worn so I kept them. 2 weeks later and they felt okay. I still have issues every once in awhile with the shoe rubbing on the side of my foot or my pinky toe getting irritated (I have wide feet).
Nice shoes, I have never (18 years of working) had blisters this bad from new shoes. Over a week in and still having to bandage feet.
Should have had more coverage on the top.
It 's hard to find a comfortable shoes. However, this crew Reese Sneaker just right for me ,espectually for walking a lot and standing for longer hours.
