The Shoes for Crews Avery work shoes stand out in the crowded market of workplace footwear due to their meticulous design aimed at ensuring safety and comfort. The lightweight construction is particularly beneficial if you spend long hours on your feet; this feature reduces fatigue significantly compared to heavier alternatives.
One of the standout attributes of these shoes is their superior slip resistance. The proprietary SFC slip-resistant outsole performs exceptionally well on slippery surfaces, giving you confidence as you go about your daily tasks. Additionally, the water-resistant treatment means that spills or wet floors won’t leave you with soaked socks, which can be a game-changer in environments like restaurants or hospitals.
Another noteworthy aspect is the TripGuard feature, which minimizes the risk of tripping on uneven surfaces. This thoughtful addition allows for more fluid movement between different flooring types, further enhancing the user experience.
However, it's essential to consider that while many users report excellent comfort, some may find the sizing a little off, especially if they have wider feet. It's advisable to try them on or consult the size guide thoroughly before making a purchase.
In conclusion, the Shoes for Crews Avery are a worthwhile investment for women looking for practical yet stylish work shoes that don’t compromise on safety. Their combination of lightweight design, slip resistance, and water resistance makes them particularly suited for dynamic work environments.

They are super comfortable, even when I'm on my feet for over 12 hours
Received these today and they were comfortable right out of the box. Wore them to an extremely busy shift at the bar/restaurant I work for. No slipping on wet and greasy kitchen areas and my feet are pretty comfortable. I may have to get some different inserts, but I have pretty flat feet, so that’s a me problem. Can’t yet speak for durability, but for a first outing they are good in my book!
The shoe itself fits great around my toes & whatnot, arch support is great - however, the ankle part of the shoe sits high & for me personally that is irritating because it rubs against the sides of my ankles and by the end of the day they are very sore; I have given them some time to break in & this has somewhat lessened as the shoe material stretched & conformed to every day work wear - but I still notice that it's slightly uncomfortable for me at the end of the day (and yes, I've tried wearing thick socks as well); other than that, the shoe is great! Non slip, laces great, no rips/tears, material is nice!
I am a double amputee below knee all my life. I have always struggled with finding the right shoe to work with my protheses. They either tilt me to far forward or two far back. This are perfect I am elated with them. I passed these on to my amputee group as well. So glad I found them have bought 2 pair so far. I always like a basic black or white shoe. And if I find the right one always buy two pair. I can't answer anything regarding felling inside the shoe because I don't have feet to determine. But know who ever buys these will love them.
The material is very hard to use all day long
I am on my feet all day, lifting and standing. These shoes are so comfortable and provide slip resistance which I need in my life of work. I definitely notice a difference in my foot pain after a long day wearing these.
I am a server and typically work 8+ hour shifts in a fast paced restaurant. I tried these shoes for 3 shifts. I had such high hopes.Pros:Cute (look like Nike Cortez)Slip resistantEasily cleanedCons:No arch supportCaused blistersNot flexibleThey come up too high on the ankle boneLittle too long in the toeI'm keeping them because they're cute but I have already purchased another pair of Sketchers for work. Going with what know.
These shoes are hard and stiff. Made for nonslip in kitchen after working in them for 10-13 hrs a day and thinking they would have broken in by now i was wrong! I would have never bought these if i knew. And now im stuck with sore feet everyday because my job wont get me another pair for a year.
