The SEAVEES Women's 08/61 Army Issue Low Nylon Fashion Sneaker draws inspiration from the iconic athletic footwear worn by soldiers during the 1960s, particularly at Fort Irwin, California. Designed in Santa Barbara, CA, these sneakers blend historical significance with modern functionality. The olive colorway offers a subtle yet stylish look that can be dressed up or down, making it an excellent addition to your wardrobe.
Crafted with water-resistant expedition grade nylon uppers, these sneakers promise durability ideal for various outdoor activities while ensuring you stay dry. The use of old nickel eyelets adds a touch of vintage charm, and you'll appreciate the dual lace options—a technical nylon lace for performance and a soft cotton lace for a more relaxed aesthetic. The comfort footbed lined with soft cotton canvas elevates your wearing experience, while the ribbed traditional calendar outsole made of genuine gum rubber ensures longevity and traction on different surfaces.

I’m wearing these SeaVees in olive green for all my travel adventures in Chile, S.A. They are exceedingly comfortable, water resistant, non slip sole and wide enough in the toe box. So many pros. Only con is that it would be easier to put them on if I had a shoe horn. Great color that matches most of my travel clothes.
A very very comfortable fit and nice looking sneaker. I liked that they came with 2 different colored shoe laces, olive and cream, I used the cream colored laces. I plan to put hased the black in same shoe. I wear while at work because I have a very physical job and do a couple miles of walking in an average day at work. For myself, I consider 18,898 steps in one day a lot. Wish I had this pair of shoes that day. If you looking for a cute comfy shoe here it is. Most definitely I would recommend.
I bought these so I could go outside in the morning while the grass is still wet, these shoes are designed to keep my feet dry. I put them on Saturday morning and ended up wearing them all weekend. I really like them! The heel of the shoe is a bit stiff, but I assume that will lessen the more I wear them.
They are a bit stiff at first, but comfortable otherwise.
These are my go to summer shoes! I have them in every color. I have a wider toe box and a narrow heel. My feet don't slip out of the back, and the heels don't give them blisters.
This is my fifth pair of SeaVees...I think I have a problem :):). I absolutely love them, have different colors, styles, textures. I also have high arches, but just add an insole for extra cushion and I'm fine. I work with young children, and am moving/dancing/jumping around all day. These have held up tremendously, in addition to lot's of walking and trekking about on weekends/vacations. I used to love chucks, but no more, especially with them now being made overseas. SeaVees are way more durable, way better support, no problem breaking them in, plus I always get loads of compliments. My fav brand of casual fun sneaker.
I ordered a 71/2 , thats what it says on the box. But the shoes inside are 8. To big for me, now it looks as though there is not my size in military green. Very disappointed. I will be returning them.
I really like these tennis shoes, great arch support! They are far more cushioned then most low profile tennis shoes.
