When it comes to outdoor footwear, comfort and performance are paramount. The Ryka Women's Kahuna Hiking Shoe excels in both areas, making it a top choice for hiking lovers. Crafted with a premium water-repellent mono mesh, these shoes keep your feet dry without sacrificing breathability. This is particularly beneficial during unexpected weather changes.
The shoe's anatomical Precise-Return insole provides excellent arch and heel support, which reduces strain on long treks. Coupled with RE-ZORB® responsive cushioning, you’ll feel less impact when traversing rocky terrains. The lightweight EVA midsole contributes to the overall comfort, allowing you to hike longer distances without feeling weighed down.
The lace-up design, along with the back pull tab and ghillie lace loops, ensures a snug fit, which is crucial when navigating uneven surfaces. Moreover, the padded collar enhances comfort around your ankles, preventing irritation during extended wear.
On the downside, some users have noted that the sizing tends to run slightly small, which could require trying them on before purchasing. Additionally, while the color options are stylish, they may not cater to everyone's taste.

fast, fit great, very comfortable
I love Ryka shoes. They fit my feet well and they are comfortable. However, I got a lemon pair this time. I am disappointed in these shoes, although comfortable, seem to be poorly constructed. At least the rubber toe guard is.
These sneakers are very uncomfortable and feel very hard on the bottom causing knee pain. They pinch the great toes and the top bunches up resulting in lack of dorsal support. They do not compare to the Ryka Devotion 2 model - my favorite sneaker. Hard to believe they are made by the same company.
I had purchased this exact shoe and loved it.But Zappos no longer carried this style. So when I found them on sale on Amazon, I was happy and ordered. They appear to have been worn and the right shoe was slightly smaller and narrower than the previous pair if exact same model. It appears this reseller sells slightly used or defective models.
I ordered the same size my other Ryka shoes are, but these were very snug. Too snug. Gave them to my daughter.
I usually like your brand, they fit well and are comfortable. I usually wear a women's 11W, I bought these men's size 10W and they are like a women's 10. Very disappointed.
These shoes are very low quality. The bottom is not glued on properly and looks like it will detach from the rest of the shoe after a few wears. This should have been caught by quality control as a defective shoe. I will be returning it, and don't know if I will give Ryka another chance due to such low manufacturing standards.
Didn't keep. I wear a 9 but ordered a 9 1/2 which was too exact. The shoe obviously runs small. May order again in a 10 for comfort.
