The Rockport Men's Get Your Kicks Mudguard Blucher Sneaker is designed for those who embody the ethos of working hard and playing hard. With its lightweight construction and stylish tan embossed leather, this sneaker is perfect for the man on the move. The shoe features an EVA outsole which provides excellent shock absorption, significantly reducing foot and leg fatigue, making it ideal for long days spent on your feet.
The Strobel construction adds to the overall flexibility of the forefoot, ensuring you have the freedom of movement needed during dynamic activities. One of the standout features is the memory foam cushioning that adapts to the contours of your foot, providing a personalized fit each time you lace up. As a result, these sneakers can be worn for both casual outings and more intensive daily tasks.

Nike Air Monarch IV | Leather & Synthetic | Air Cushioning | Standard Flex |
The comfort level of the Get Your Kicks Mudguard Blucher Sneaker is certainly one of its most compelling aspects. Thanks to the integrated memory foam cushioning, this sneaker molds to the unique shape of your foot, which can reduce pressure points during prolonged use. This feature is especially beneficial for those who experience foot fatigue.
The breathability of the sneaker is another significant advantage. The mesh lining effectively wicks moisture away, which can help keep your feet dry even in warmer conditions or during physical activity.
However, it's important to note that the shoe may not offer sufficient arch support for everyone. Individuals with specific orthopedic needs might find it necessary to supplement with custom insoles for enhanced support.
In terms of style, the tan embossed finish is versatile enough to pair well with casual to smart-casual outfits, making it a great addition to any modern man's wardrobe.

I've been wearing almost nothing but Rockports for over 20 years. They've always been the most comfortable work shoes, bar none. While Adidas owned them, I think their quality (and design!) became really hit or miss. Some that I bought were comfortable and well built; some were cheap, fell apart, and made me really question my brand loyalty. But in the past few years (since New Balance took them over, I think), I've been back to being a fan. This shoe is a real Rockport--very comfortable, well made, and it looks good too. However, the size 11 I ordered was too big. I've worn that size for decades, never had Rockports that were too big before; in fact, it took me a few minutes to realize what was wrong with the shoes. Switched for a 10.5 and they're amazing.I've had these for about 4 weeks, walked maybe 30 miles in them, stood for at least 24 hours.
Aside from my big-brand "swooshy" sneakers, these are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, especially for something that's a little less casual. They're very light-weight which is nice, and the soles have a sort of "squish" impact-absorption characteristic that I really like. I spent about an hour and a half walking a store with my wife which usually makes my feet and legs ache, and this shoes prevented that. They were a bit uncomfortable right across the top of my ankle at first, but after a couple days of breaking them in, that's loosened up and isn't a problem now. They seem to fit true-to-size (I ordered the same size as my sneakers and they fit just right) and there's just enough room in them to wiggle my toes etc.The arch support could be just a bit higher for my feet (but it's not bad by any means), so if you need a high arch support you might consider ordering a size larger and putting a good pair of insoles in these shoes.I've had them about a week now, so I don't know yet how long they'll last, but they're a nice shoe, and a nice step up if you're trying to upgrade from wearing athletic shoes on an everyday basis.Don't get me wrong, I won't be giving up my sneakers, but for a shoe to wear to work to look a bit more professional, or on a date night out, these are a great choice!
These shoes are so comfortable. They are stylish and fit as they should for the size.
I bought these for office work that I could wear to outdoor job sites on occasion. I didn't realize how sturdy they would be! They are comfortable but since the leather is a little thicker, they are really easy to clean. They are tough and water resistant but also great with nice casual clothing.
Rugged and comfortable
I have worn this brand for years for work. Rocksport has been a very dependable bran. The shoe is comfortable and true to size. Many companies blame COVID for poor quality. Rocksport shoes are extremely poor quality. The pair I purchased and wear a couple times a week for 3 months, have the sole unglue with the upper shoe. Very disappointed in what I believed to be a quality brand.
I wear a size 14 (European 48/49) with narrow heels and wider toe box. I was looking for an attractive shoe that I could wear while doing long walks/power walks.Initial review:Extremely lightweight. I mean, wow... my first thought is that anything this light will not be durable. I've picked up toddler shoes that have weighed more.Attractive. Definitely a good looking shoe for the price.Fit. I'm sure everyone wants a different kind of fit. I got the normal width and it fits me well. No hotspots noted at this time.Durability. I wore them in the house briefly (to check size and fit) and then went out doing some power walks. I've put around 10 miles on them in the first week. I'm not seeing any signs of failure or wear at this point. I'll post updates as needed.UPDATE: Worn for about two months, no signs of wear or break down despite heavy use.LAST UPDATE: Used them for about six months, wearing them about twice a week to go on walks/errands. Appearance is still good, but they became excruciatingly painful to walk in. It was the like the sole material broke down, becoming super flimsy. No support at all. I've never had a shoe break down this fast before. Even Wal-Mart cheapies have lasted me longer. I will not purchase again
This shoe could have been good or even great if it wasn't for a few issues.Issue one, NOT leather. "Man made upper"Issue two, the sole is some sort of PLASTIC!!!! I tried this shoe on and the sole was so slick I almost fell in my house on the wood flooring.Issue three, the sole is narrower than the shoe! It steps in about 1/8 inch all the way around like they used a smaller size sole fit to the larger size shoe. And Lastly, the soles have a 1inch wide raised potion of thread. Best way to discribe it is if you stepped in sand there would be a 1inch wide thread that is deeper than the rest of the sole. I don't know why they did this or what purpose it may serve but that section will DEFINITELY wear out quicker since it will be the primary point of contact when walking or standing.Over all, I would NEVER recommended these. I have owned Rockport shoes for many years and like them. I have been buying the Eureka style in Nubuck leather for quite some time and tried these since my size in that has been discontinued. If you value what you put on your feet to keep them same DO NOT buy these.
