All good, just take note that they aren't rain repellant
I wouldn't have worn them in my 20s cos they are not fancy branded air pumped sneakers. But in my 50s these are the best. In fact I have 2 pairs now.
I wanted to try a sneaker from Rockport. I've been buying their shoes for 2 decades, and was curious. These shoes look great, seem to be rugged and well built. They aren't as cushioned as I hoped they would be. They're quite rigid. This provides a nice flat, stable position for the foot, but I tire of them before the end of the day. I have a history of foot problems, so it could just be me. But I have a pair of their "Total Motion" shoes, and they're considerably more comfortable. I got these sneakers on sale for about $40, so I can't really complain. If you're a Prime member use Try Before You Buy.
My feet are between 11 and 11.5 so I bought 11.5 and prefer this to too snug. The shoe is light and of good quality. The shoe I chose was $40 and I feel like I stole them. I feel like this shoe will hold up for a long time for this 62 YO retired guy.
This was a narrow shoe for my wide feet. I had to change the insert because it felt like I was walking on bricks. The shoe felt hard and heavy. I have owned several Rockport shoes in this was the worst one of all.
Good product,good value
will buy another
My Rockport experience is that a need a Wide size for their products. In this case a Standard width would have been fine.
